2022 was busy for the Foundation. We provided over $74,000 in grants and matching donations to over 25 different charity groups.

We continue to see grant requests from groups that have direct ties to one or more of our family members. This is exactly the type of activity that we as a Foundation (and a family) want to encourage and support.

This year Steve Auer was elected to serve as our Managing Director. In this new role, he has the primary responsibility for supporting and managing the activities of our Board members and the grant requests that are submitted for our consideration.

 

We have also revised and improved our ability to make matching donations. If you have an online donation to a charity, simply use our new Request a Matching Donation form and we will process a matching donation on the fundraising page and let you know when it posts.

Our goal continues to be to keep our Family at the center of the Auer Family Foundation. Have a question, an idea, or a group that you would like to support? Just reach out to a present or past Trustee and they can help get the ball rolling. There is no limit to what we can do if we work together as one really big family.
