Translations
Many of the documents we notarise require an official translation, either before or after FCDO Apostille and/or legalisation.
We use Absolute Translations for this service. They have helped many of our clients and are prompt and good at communicating progress.
Legalisation Agents
Whilst we look after most legalisation requests in-house, for those more obscure or time-consuming countries requiring Embassy involvement, it is better to rely on a consular agent who has more regular visibility with the embassy.
For these requests, we work with CDN Consular Services. CDN has supported us for several years. David, Ross, Mandi and team are an extension of our client service. We co-ordinate and manage everything with CDN, so there is no additional admin burden for our clients.
Fingerprinting
Occasionally our clients are required to provide fingerprints to support government applications, for example visa, police reports, branch or company set up. These fingerprints may then need to be notarised and legalised (FCDO and/or Embassy).
We work alongside UK Fingerprints, a UK based company that can provide this service.
Established in 2007, all their fingerprint staff are former Metropolitan Police fingerprint-trained experts or law enforcement officers. Their services include ink rolled and digital fingerprints in the UK and globally.

Business Integrity
Our commitment to integrity goes beyond documentation. We work alongside Floodlight Business Ltd, which is an integrity practice.
Using 25+ years of commercial growth and corporate deal experience, Floodlight Business is focused on facilitation and enabling integrity in deals, transactions, growth projects, boardroom and team behaviours, and guiding next generation leaders towards own their personal brand of integrity.
Floodlight uses the word Integrity more purposefully than the virtues of integrity. The team go to the root of the word (integer/integritas), meaning ‘state of completeness or undivided whole’.
