how we serve
Bringing over 60 years combined experience, we have a wealth of experience for international documents. It is rare for us to see a ‘novel’ requirement, which builds confidence for our clients. If we do, we will make a plan.
We use our corporate and commercial practitioner experience to support our clients with their notary and legalisation needs. We prefer to be involved early and provide guidance to the client team. We project manage client documents right through to them arriving at their destination. Our approach is pragmatic and solution-focused.
Use us as your team extension. We do not charge for initial advice or being your sounding board. It is better to work with our clients to manage expectations and help them with any wrinkles or issues upfront.
AN AGILE TEAM REPSONSE
Our relationship with clients is a collaboration. We get to know our clients and their business or project objectives. It helps immensely.
Often the need for notarisation and legalisation is ‘sprung’ on our clients. Getting directors available for signature can also be a challenge. Our role is to take that strain and work with our clients to manage the necessary formalities from start to finish. We do this by being as flexible and agile as we can, using our mobile service.
INTEGRITY MATTERS
We serve clients by verifying and authenticating documents, the majority of which will be used abroad. Our function is to ensure integrity of documents and to support underlying transactions or applications.
We achieve this by:
- Authenticating identity, signatures, capacity and authority.
- Safeguarding document integrity
- Ensuring documents are completed in line receiving country instructions (if any).
- Prevention of fraud.
- Provide notarial practice legal expertise.
- Create trusted records of notarised documents.
- Manage the legalisation to meet the requirements of the receiving country.
